About Nicole Sakhai

A Beverly Hills native, Nicole Sakhai joins the Davis Saadian Group with a wealth of local expertise and real estate experience. Passionate about luxury properties and interacting with people, she loves building and sustaining relationships and negotiating. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Nicole offers insight into the tax implications of transactions and assists with pre-sale tax planning. Ambitious and dedicated, her ample experience serving high-net-worth individuals has informed her white-glove approach to all aspects of real estate.

 

Nicole attended USC, where she studied business and accounting. She went on to work in real estate business tax services at Deloitte and then as a business manager and tax accountant for high-net-worth individuals at Grant Tani Barash & Altman in Beverly Hills. She then became CFO of Afton Properties, a property management company, before shifting to sales at a start-up, ByteMe, where she became the #1 sales representative for consecutive 12 months. She then helped develop a sales strategy and train the sales team, which led to the company being sold for $1.04B within two years. Her financial background merges seamlessly with her work as an agent, providing clients with a knowledgeable financial resource every step of their buying or selling experience.

 

The small close-knit community of Beverly Hills is close to her heart. She stays active, dancing and doing Pilates daily, and enjoys spending time with her fiancé, friends, and family, traveling, being by the ocean, and wine tasting. Always looking to stay connected to her community, she has volunteered with Sova Food Pantry and Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters.
